Service Options:

Kwick Connections offers a variety of service options.  Assistance may be provided over the phone by talking users through simple or more complex routines, which is most desirable if there is a slow internet connection or a loss of internet access due to software or hardware malfunction.  Assistance may also be provided via a VNC hookup, where Kwick connections personnel would take control of the problemed computer over then internet and show the user how to accomplish desired task.  Assistance may also be provided in the way of on-site support, where a consultant would physically visit the site in need of assistance if the problem requires a hands on approach.

Kwick Connections offers VAR to companies.  This means that Kwick Connections will research and procure hardware and software to meet clients specifications or needs, at no markup in price at the time of sale.  The only charges to the client will be the actual cost of the purchased item(s) and the time Kwick personnel spent to research, procure, install, and configure the purchased product.

For larger clients with extensive service needs, Kwick Connections offers year-long maintainance contracts with a flat payment for the year, as long as the maximum hours specified in the contract is not exceeded throughout the year.  A net-14 is available to all clients with good payment history, with the exception of parts (hardware/software) purchased.
